Tien Son Industrial Zone

 

SPECIFIED CHARACTERISTIC OF TIEN SON INDUSTRIAL ZONE

I. OVERVIEW

Tien Son industrial zone is established by the decision N 0 1129/QD-TTg dated 18 December 1998 of the Prime Minister and officially leased land as of 22 nd December, 1999 with 50-year validity period. Here is the first model of national industrial zone constructed synchronized on economic - society: industry zone linked municipal zone, house, and social infrastructure service.

Investment scale:

- Total Infrastructure investment capital :760 billion (phase one is 267,8 billion)

- Planning oriented area : 600 ha (phase one is 134 ha)

- Natural land of industry zone : 439 ha

- Municipal and service land of industry zone: 28 ha

- Industry land for rent : 310 ha

II. TRAFFIC AND NATURAL GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

Tien Son industrial zone with natural geography location and more favor and comfortable traffic system for circulation. Industry zoned belonged in economic development triangle Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, the Southern adjacent 1 new national road to Lang Son, the Northern adjacent old 1 national road, the Eastern adjacent Northern Channel - Noi Due, the Western adjacent 295 regional road. On the way to Tien Son industrial zone across 18 A national road is the Eastern to Cai Lan Sea, the western to Noi Bai international airport.

III. INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICE OF INDUSTRY ZONE

1. Internal traffic system

• Internal traffic system cover 15% of industrial zone area, completed construction and suitable arrangement in the pattern of industrial zone, include main way with 2 line of 37 m wide road and 28 m wide lanes Across the road of 6 m wide sidewalk where is arranged with underground technical corridor as electric, water supply, communication system

2. Power supply

Tien Son industrial zone is supplied from national grid through 110/22KV transformer station with capacity 2 x 40 MVA and power line arranged alongside land area in order to supply enough and stable electric power to land border of all investor of industry zone. The investor can choose medium or low voltage power upon to their demand.

 

3. Communication system

Bac Ninh Post Office has constructed its branch at center of Tien Son industrial zone to establish modern IDD international communication network with international standard in order to meet enough and timely all demands to abroad or domestics. Besides, industrial zone establish one modern informatic technology system for serving multi-service transferring demand as data, Internet, IP telephone, conference video.

4. Water supply and drainage system

• Survey figure of underground water flow in Tien Son industry zone is 30.000 m3/day. For the first phase, industry zone has constructed one underground water treatment station 6,500 m3/day, large capacity regulated tank system and water supply network in order to meet all demands on water for manufacturing and living of all entrepreneur in industry zone. Next phase, Tien Son industry zone will construct another 1 - 2 underground treatment station with equivalent capacity.

• Rainy water hang down canal to Duong river through rainy water system

• Industrial waste water is collected and treated at water treatment station of industry zone by micro-organism method, then deposited at regulated ponds to attract mud and complex matter.

• Hard waste material is collected from factory and enterprise, categorize before delivering to treat.

5. Other public convenient

• Warehouse center: include about 2 ha of roof warehouse and outdoor warehouse to meet the demand of warehouse, ground, customs and commodity delivery for all enterprise.

• Banking: Bac Ninh VIETINBANK and Bac Ninh Agricultural and rural Development bank located in Tien Son industrial zone willing supply credit and banking service for all business

• Lighting: all internal road of industry zone is equipped high capacity lighting alongside the road

- Constructing civil and industrial projects, technical projects of industry zone and municipal zone.
