Que Vo IP-the first combined model of IP and residential-urban area in Vietnam is a project developed by KinhBac City Development Share Holding Corporation, the investment owner. This is a member of SaiGonInvest Corporation which specialised in developing and managing Industrial Park with a success at Tan Tao -the largest Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City.

Que Vo industrial park is established under the Decision No. 1224?QD/TTg by the Prime Minister dated 19 December 2002.As one of the biggest and most important Industrial park in Bac Ninh province in particular and the northern area in general. It is situated in a modern architectural area (namely KINHBACCITY) and includes an industrial park, inland port, urban area and an ecological tourism area in the economic center of Bac Ninh province.

The Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation planed to develop Que Vo Industrial Park as a dynamic economic area of the province, creating a momentum for the Bac Ninh province to move its economic structure in to a standardized industrial city.
