1. Distance to regional economic and transportation hubs:

  • Total land area: 982ha. Phase I: 164ha divided into 3 smaller locations, each location is planned to serve different industries:

Zone I (land area adjacent to water front and the liquid berth) 45 - 90USD/m2/50 years
Zone II (land area adjacent to the port) 40 - 75USD/m2/50 years
Zone III (remaining areas) 35 - 50USD/m2/50 years

Land rental rates could be negotiable between Dinh Vu Industrial zone and investors based on these factors: location of the plot, area of the plot, the project itself, utilities.

Special rate: Land rental rate could be as low as 20USD/ m2/45 years applicable to investors who would sign the land rental contracts during the period from July 2002 to June 2004 (applicable to plots within Zone III of Dinh Vu industrial zone).
